Day 1
San Cristóbal – Ceviche Lunch, Frigate Hill Hike, and Fusion Dinner
Arrive and begin with local flavors at a cevichería. Hike along lava trails and snorkel at Carola Beach. End the day with Japanese-Ecuadorian fusion cuisine.
Day 2
San Cristóbal – Kicker Rock Snorkeling and Home-Hosted Coastal Dinner
Snorkel among reef life at Kicker Rock, then cook and share a coastal meal with a local family and former fisherman.
Day 3
Isabela Island – Beach Hike, Tintoreras Snorkeling, and Volcanic-Grill Lunch
Fly to Isabela and explore coastal ecosystems. Snorkel the Tintoreras islets, then enjoy a fusion lunch grilled on lava stones and a sunset dinner at a local favorite.
