Day 1
San Cristóbal Arrival – Yoga, Interpretation Center & Frigate Hill
Begin with grounding yoga by the ocean. Visit the Galápagos Interpretation Center and hike to Frigate Hill for panoramic views and sea lion encounters.
Day 2
Snorkeling at Kicker Rock & San Cristóbal North Coast
Cruise the coast to snorkel with rays, reef fish, and (with luck) hammerhead sharks near iconic León Dormido.
Day 3
Highlands, Ecogarden Visit & Community Connection
Explore the highlands and visit a regenerative farm run by local women. Learn about organic growing practices and share a meal with the community.
Day 4
Travel to Isabela Island – Culinary Experience & Beach Time
Transfer by boat to Isabela. Join a traditional cooking class with a local family and enjoy an afternoon of beach relaxation or optional surf lesson.
Day 5
Volcano Hike & Mindful Afternoon
Hike to the rim of Sierra Negra, one of the largest volcanic calderas on Earth. Return for a restorative afternoon of journaling, meditation, or massage.
Day 6
Tortuga Bay, Mangrove Kayaking & Closing Circle
Ferry to Santa Cruz. Kayak through mangroves, spotting marine birds and rays. End the day with a closing circle on the beach at sunset.
Day 7
Departure from Baltra Island
Morning transfer to Baltra for return flight to mainland Ecuador, carrying renewed energy and lasting connections.
